I can meet you where you are at emotionally, and respect the journey of healing the you need. There is hope! Successful therapy involves a combination of good planning, hard work, mutual respect and usually a dose of good humor. I work with clients seeking both short and long term therapy. I commonly work with people in recovery, with histories of PTSD and trauma, as well as in within the queer communities. I work solely on-line utilizing a secure Telehealth platform. I am licensed in Minnesota, Iowa and Colorado as an LMFT, and am an approved supervisor candidate for folks who are provisionally licensed.
