I work with clients who are looking to transform their lives, are motivated to create positive changes and express their best selves. Would you like to find the motivation to create a new way of being in your world? Have you been wondering about your personal life, relationships, job, or business and thinking, “Is this it?” If so, you have come to the right place to imagine and create something different. Clients who are struggling with depression, grief, trauma, anxiety, substance use, or intimacy issues are encouraged to reach out and find the support they need. I also offer in-home and telehealth sessions for clients both in Truckee, CA and in Kilauea, Kaua'i. For the majority of my life, I have been focused on helping others identify their strengths, imagine something different, and transform their lives. My clients are supported to create an opportunity for change and shift negative patterns and thoughts into new transformational ways of living and being in the world.
