Counseling is the process by which we mutually work together to identify and work on any issues you may bring into your sessions. My primary focus as a counselor is to assist (you) my clients with identifying their strengths, developing self-awareness, and accepting accountability. My counseling approach is eclectic, within our counseling sessions.
