About

My approach to counseling is based on the belief that people have the capacity for positive change and healing within themselves through a supportive and trusting environment. I firmly believe healing happens within connection to others and oneself. As your counselor, I aim to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I view our counseling relationship as a collaborative endeavor, where your empowerment is paramount. You hold the key to change, and I am here to guide and support you on your path toward growth and healing.

I strongly value the significance of exploring your social, cultural, and family environments, as well as early life experiences, in shaping who you are today. My counseling practice is grounded in a person-centered approach and I often utilize techniques from a cognitive behavioral approach and a trauma-informed approach.

If you resonate with anything I've said, please feel free to reach out to me! I am looking forward to hearing from you.
