About

When I meet with my clients, they may label themselves as a "martyr" or "giver" in their relationships. They seek to be present to everyone else but are at a loss of how to care for themselves. While clients strive to maintain peace, their life reflects anything else except that. I aim to have them experience less days of feeling anxious and more moments of feeling whole again. Clients and I will explore and collaborate to create goals that are centered around their needs. My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

I work with a variety of populations including adolescents (ages 11+), young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with clients who have difficulty with codependent relationships, life transitions, disordered eating, anxiety, or depression. I provide the vehicle for therapy, but you are the ultimate driver of change.

My vision for you is to help you regain a sense of wellbeing and hope for your life through our therapeutic relationship. Therapy can initially be daunting, but consider it a space to cultivate compassion for yourself and honoring your needs. Please reach out if you are considering working together!
