Anxiety, sexual concerns, past traumas, self-doubt and unhelpful communication patterns can leave us feeling stuck. I help people remove the road blocks that keep them from having fulfilling connections with the people who matter most in their lives. I work with couples and individuals to heal from past wounds and move forward with the skills to embrace the present moment. I enjoy working with people as they build the confidence to be more centered and present in their intimate relationships and more comfortable in their relationship with themselves. As an LMFT, I have specific training in relational therapy and enjoy working with couples and individuals. I am also a Certified Sex Therapist trained to work with a wide variety of sexual concerns and relationship structures. I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma and have advanced training in working with people to heal from the effects of sexual violence My passion is supporting people in finding their strength as they grow and heal. Whether you're working on relationship problems, sexual concerns, anxiety, depression or trauma; we will work together to find solutions that honor the uniqueness of your experience.
