About

Day to day life can be draining and stressful! Juggling the numerous social roles and responsibilities of today's world can be overwhelming, not to mention if you factor in Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and/or other mental health issues. Sometimes just finding a place to start can be the biggest thing to tackle, where to begin? Do you want to find a way to make life just plain easier to cope with? Do you want to learn to love yourself and build better and healthier relationships? How about understand how your trauma does affect your behaviors and ways of thinking? If these questions resonate with you, we can tackle them together.

I prefer to use a solution-focused model to identify a person's present state and create goals to achieve where they would ideally like to be. I like for clients to recognize their own potential and capabilities. Also, CBT can be used to learn how our past trauma and other circumstances can still affect current daily functioning, mood, and relationships.

I provide a judgement free atmosphere where a client can feel comfortable discussing any issues that they feel they are facing. I am open minded and consider all people's backgrounds, cultures, sexuality, religions, and understand how any and/or all of these can sometimes help or hinder a person's healing and progress!
