Hi! I'm Kirby, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist in the Tampa Bay Area. If you're looking to connect with a professional and make a plan to get you on the path to being the best version of yourself, I'd love to chat. Seeking out therapy can be a daunting task, and I congratulate you on taking the first step toward putting yourself first! My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, relaxed space for my clients to come as they are. I have experience working with a diverse client base, and specialize in relationships, life transitions, grief and loss, and anxiety/depression. Together, we will create a customized plan with practical steps to get you where you want to be. I currently work with adolescents, adults, and couples both in person and via telehealth. My therapeutic philosophy is based in mindfulness, acceptance, and practical, real life tools. Change is inevitable, and I'm here to be your trusted guide as we navigate it.
