Hey there! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts with pending Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials for Connecticut. I received my Masters from American International College and have been practicing for 3 years. I help young adults and up who are struggling with life transitions, stress, anxiety etc who need help adjusting to the world they live in physically and emotionally. What clients can expect to happen in their first session with me is brief introductions, identifying what your main concern is, going over their intake, completing another baseline assessment that I would like to do with you, creating a treatment plan. It may get pushed to our second appointment reviewing policies for understanding and answering any question With over 3 years of experience in the field, I have developed a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and transformation, and my role is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for that process to unfold.
