I can also help you navigate difficult issues such as emotional and sexual intimacy, infidelity, addiction, parenting conflict, infertility, as well as blending families. YOUTH & ADULT COUNSELING - With a creative approach to process difficult issues, I help you work with the parts of yourself that keep you from living with joy and happiness. Also, children hold a special place in my heart. I utilize play and nature-based therapy, EMDR and horses to help kids heal. EQUINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY - This experiential therapy is not only fun, it's powerful! Based on neurological principals that heal chronic stress and trauma, I use the amazing relationship that develops between the client and their horse as the foundation for healing.
