Hi! I am Kimery with Sonderhaus Counseling. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in perinatal mental health, I offer compassionate and collaborative support to individuals navigating the challenges of prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety as well as complex trauma and attachment wounds. I tend to see adult clients who are navigating the challenges of these concerns as well as issues related to parenthood/parenting, domestic violence, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize a variety of approaches to help you learn, cope, process and heal. I am an EMDR and EFIT trained trauma informed therapist with a specialty for adults experiencing mental health concerns related issues such as perinatal depression/anxiety/OCD, parenthood, domestic violence recovery, and interpersonal relationships.
