I'm an LCSW with extensive experience in treating OCD and Anxiety Disorders as well as well as Depression. I believe in meeting a client where they are at and partnering with them to meet their goals. I believe that it is not just my job to "treat the symptoms" but to help you find lasting change and give you the skills to continue to grow and maintain that change long after our time together. I've worked in some form of human services since 2000. I started as a Social Worker in the community working with foster and probation youth and progressed to private foster care. I spent 12 years working in prison mental health and was a supervisor of one of the largest mental health programs in the state for the last 3 years of my career in the prisons. I left that to start my private practice and follow my passion for helping people. I'm grateful for all of the experience I had working in the community but following my life's passion was the best decision I ever made! I'm a mom of two grown amazing young men! They are my greatest accomplishment! I meditate daily, I am a certified yoga teacher, and love anything in nature.
