My name is Kimberly Stewart and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), located in Clarksville, Tennessee. I provide Telehealth to clients across the state. I work with adults and I also see couples as well. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, the Gottman Approach, as well as a variety of other techniques to address the client's presenting issues. I provide a patchwork approach because I feel each client needs an individualized treatment plan. I provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment. I have been described as empathic, kind, but direct in my approach. I strive to build a working relationship with my clients where honesty and openness is present. Changing thoughts and behaviors is not an easy task, if it were I would not have a job. However, with a little work and guidance, change is possible. I love my job because I get to see that transformation in so many of my clients. Everyone struggles at times and it is okay to reach out for help if you need it.
