I am Kimberly Rogers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's degree in social work with over 10 years of experience working with various agencies and organizations as a therapist to meet your needs. I look forward to building a great connection and providing excellent service to help you meet your goals of becoming the best version of yourself as you progress in each session. My client's approach is working with adults, adolescents, and Veterans with a collective modality approach, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, when they struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, life skills, community resources, career issues, and more. My approach to meeting the client where they are is utilizing these modalities: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Coaching. I also include mindfulness to be aware of thoughts and emotions to promote relaxation to help the client strive and build on strength to progress toward their desired goals.
