About

My practice focuses on providing support and healing to those who grapple with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and other issues that can effect well-being. I seek to empower clients with effective tools for their unique challenges. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples therapy to support relationships and communication, and equine-assisted therapy at the Red Barn.

With a foundation in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I also integrate creative interventions including art, music, and writing when appropriate. I have a certificate from the Polyvagal Equine Institute (PVEI) and the Psychosocial Oncology Training Academy.

Finally, I believe that with the right support, individuals can overcome mental health challenges, leading to a more joyful and meaningful life. Reach out today, and let's embark on a path toward healing and personal growth together!
