I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I am trauma informed and trained in a variety of different interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). As a former military spouse, I also specialize in working with active duty, veterans, and their families.
