I want to create an environment where you can work to become the best version of yourself. I believe that you have the ability to heal from whatever storms life has thrown your way. My goal is to help you become your authentic self. I strive to produce an environment where you feel validated, heard, and empowered. I use many different methods depending on the circumstances. I like to evaluate and hear my clients and then come up with a treatment that you are a part of and take ownership of. I want you to be able to attain the goals we have set together. I want you to strive and thrive to be all that you want to become. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been in the professional therapy field for five years. I am a graduate of Campbellsville University’s (Louisville, KY) COAMFTE accredited masters program where I studied for three years. Before pursuing my masters degree, I was a counselor for a community based outreach center for 10 years. My undergrad was in Criminal Justice and Criminology where I also played volleyball as a college athlete and understand the stress of managing sports and school. I currently specialize in individual, family, and couples therapy for adults and adolescents-teenagers (ages 13-19.)
