It would be my pleasure to assist you in getting over the hurdles to achieve a better quality of life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with a Masters in Marriage and Family counseling from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. I have over a decade of counseling experience using a cognitive-behavioral approach in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship challenges in both individual and group settings. It is my belief that people with hope can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes in order to be free to experience change.
