I am experienced in treating a wide range of mental and behavioral health difficulties in adults, adolescents, couples and families such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, infidelity, academic difficulties, socialization and spectrum disorders. I am is skilled at working with Couples and families who are in transition: experiencing separation, grief and loss, trauma and adoption. I work towards goals that have been established together to enhance the quality of relationship that a client has with themself and others in their life.

My therapeutic approach is strength-based and systemic, utilizing integrated modalities to meet the unique needs of the clients I serve. I believe connection and resiliency are paramount to living a full and connected life. I strive to assist my clients through empathy, gently challenging unhelpful thoughts and providing tools that support positive change.

We all have times when we struggle in life. Having someone that can hold a non-judgmental and authentically caring space is often the foundation for lasting change. I use my authenticity and strength-based techniques to ensure that my clients have positive and lasting changes that enhance the quality and connection of their lives.
