About

I’m a person-centered Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience. My counseling philosophy centers you as the expert on your own life and a deep belief in your ability to feel what you need to feel to make the choices that are best for you, whether that’s talking, crying and laughing for a full session or processing through art, writing or mindfulness. If having space with me seems helpful, I’m going to trust your timing and terms for working through everything from relationships, school or work struggles, or how our brains work to intense life stressors like grief, trauma or body/food struggles.

I specialize in pulling interventions from multiple theoretical frameworks including DBT, narrative, strengths-based and person-centered to create a responsive, warm and genuine therapeutic experience for diverse, trauma-informed needs.

You deserve space and time to work through things. I'm super familiar with the vulnerability and obstacles that seeking out that space can require and I hope you're proud of yourself for trying.
