Life can be incredibly challenging. Often we have visions of the life we want to live, but we can't figure out why we're unable to realize our dreams. Better health, better relationships, increased stability, less worry, more happiness- all of these things can seem just outside of our reach. Life can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Having a space to talk openly with someone who listens without judgment can help us gain insight into the challenges that we face and begin to see solutions. I have 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families do just that- navigate the challenges of life and begin living the life they always dreamed of. A caring heart, collaborative spirit, and clinical expertise are what I bring to the therapeutic table. All you need to bring is a willingness to change and an open mind. Together, we will find ways to set and achieve goals that make life worth living.
