Lutheran Family and Children’s Services (LFCS) provides support for children and families in St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Franklin County, to address and manage issues such as Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Self-harm and Suicidal Thoughts, Behavioral Problems, Anger Management, Family Conflict, Bullying, and Helping Children Cope with Separation and Divorce. Psychiatric services are also available in St. Louis County and Franklin County.

We are committed to eliminating barriers to ensure access to mental health care. You may be eligible for free services or sliding scale fees based on household size and income.
