Are you feeling depressed? Anxious? Making poor life choices and not sure why? It happens. Therapy is a safe place to address your concerns. And we won't just talk - together, we will take clear, decisive, and thoughtful action to move you out of your current predicament. We will identify underlining triggers, trauma-responses, and destructive attachment issues and together, build better communication/coping skills, cultivating movement, growth, and hope. I completed my Masters in Counseling in 2002; licensed in NV in 2005. After maternity leave in 2009, I restarted my practice in 2020. The combination of graduate training, independent research, and real-life experiences allows me the unique opportunity to weave best-practice interventions with common sense. I see individuals, couples & families. At heart, I'm a behavioralist. I specialize in empirically-based treatment modalities: CBT, ACT, FFT. My job: get you in and get you well. With empathy and compassion, together we will identify faulty thought processes, strengthen coping skills, create positive behavior change, and increase good will in relationships.
