About

If you are struggling with trauma, dysphoria, anxiety, or life in general, I want to help you feel better. I believe you can find the calm, healing, clarity, and joy you seek. I work predominately with adult clients who experience trauma and PTSD (including C-PTSD), gender dysphoria, depression, self-harm, and anxiety and adjustment disorders. I'm particularly passionate about unsticking negative message received in childhood and accompanying folx on their gender journey. I have years of experience supporting folx through gender transition and providing support to their loved ones.

I am an EMDR therapist, weaving in parts work (IFS) and self-compassion. I offer standard 1-hour sessions. Or, to accelerate your healing, we can do EMDR Intensives (2-3 hours). See my website for details.

The most important factor in therapy is the goodness of fit between therapist and client. Am I someone with whom you feel comfortable and safe sharing your private thoughts? Having a conversation is the best way to find out. I invite you to set up a free consultation with me to see if we click.
