My approach to counseling is holistic & supportive. I believe happiness is possible for each of us & I am committed to helping clients find their own path to the life they desire & deserve. My primary focus is assisting individuals, couples & families to overcome obstacles & live happy, fulfilling lives. As the owner of The Costello Center, I provide an environment in which clients can work with a diverse range of mental health counselors, coaches & academic professionals in order to reach their goals. My work as a parenting coordinator, family law mediator, child specialist & mental health facilitator provides me with the skills & training necessary for success in achieving collaborative outcomes for divorcing couples. I utilize my expertise to help parties strengthen communication & engage in effective problem solving to reach solution-based results. I recognize that each client is different & I tailor my focus to the needs of the individual, couple or family. No single solution works for everyone. Instead, I believe in the importance of being responsive & flexible in helping clients through challenges & transitions in their lives.
