About

Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed? Do you feel like no one gets you? Do you have trouble making decisions for fear you will make a mistake? Are you struggling with your identity or afraid to talk to friends and family about it? If you are dealing with any of these issues or are dealing with depression, anxiety or just are in the midst of a life event, I am here to work collaboratively with you to address the concerns and obstacles holding you back from being your authentic self and living your truth. I have been a therapist for over 34 years and have a background in both mental health and substance abuse.

I am trained in several different therapeutic disciplines, including EMDR, and work to tailor treatment to your needs. I provide exercises and tools to help you achieve what you desire. I believe we all need a “toolbox “ of skills to help us navigate our way to a more authentic life, and work with you to customize your tools to your individual needs.

I know everyone can grow. We all face challenges in life whether it is living up to someone else’s standards, facing major obstacles in our way, dealing with change that is uncomfortable and scary, or just dealing with life on a day to day basis. I am here to guide you in becoming you authentic self. We will work together to identify what you need to thrive.
