About

Hi! I am a LCSW based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I received my Masters of Social Work from Temple University in 2018, and I have been practicing for 5+ years. My experience began with community mental health and outpatient methadone maintenance programs in Philadelphia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned home to Connecticut to serve the community I grew up in. Currently, I work independently with Grow Therapy treating adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders to improve overall well-being.

I am best positioned to serve clients teenagers, young adults or adults. You can be new to therapy or a seasoned client, I will meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey and start there. My therapeutic modalities primarily include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.

As a provider, I pride myself in my ability to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Therapeutic rapport starts with empathy, authenticity, respect, and active listening. I use humor in my practice as appropriate, and I have witnessed humor associated with positive outcomes in individual therapy.
