I have 10 plus years of experience helping families and individuals navigate and overcome life's challenges. I provide a holistic trauma informed faith filled atmosphere to support families and individuals. As a compassionate LPC, cancer survivor and parent of 6 adult children, I bring personal resilience and deep empathy to my practice. I am certified as an in home family therapist specializing in parenting issues and childhood trauma. I create a safe trusting atmosphere to manage depression, anxiety and life transitions. I am rooted in my Catholic faith and am willing to incorporate it upon request. I also have experience working with dementia patients and their families.
