About

Life transitions, particularly those related to anxiety, trauma, divorce, and navigating the aftermath of infidelity can be difficult. Maybe you don’t currently have the coping skills to manage what can be a trying and traumatizing time. Challenges like navigating young adulthood, managing anxiety, maintaining a healthy relationship, or choosing to end a relationship can be difficult and riddled with uncertainty. I can personally recall how helpful and reassuring it was to have someone in my life help me by providing direct feedback and compassionate support as I navigated these challenges.

An integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy that includes CBT could be just what you need to re-direct the train that’s been heading off the rails for far too long. I provide solution-focused and future-oriented individual and couples therapy. My work is collaborative and tailored to each unique individual and couple.

My values include honesty, respect, compassion, resilience, and growth. Seeking help from a therapist can be difficult. By taking this first step you are already demonstrating bravery and a commitment to living the life you want. Together, we can resolve emotional turmoil and identify the best path forward.
