Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I approach my therapeutic work with the knowledge that individuals are the experts on their lives, and that they've been molded and impacted by their experiences and relationships. I believe that we all have the capacity for positive growth and healing, and possess the skills and ability to effect the change we strive for. I prioritize empathy, warmth, and authenticity, and aim to provide a space of non-judgement and collaboration while ensuring your voice guides the therapeutic process. My goal is to help you increase self awareness and foster self compassion in order to live as a more empowered and authentic version of yourself. I provide psychotherapy to adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those who are seeking to better understand themselves. I specialize in supporting individuals in the perinatal and postpartum periods, as well as parents in any stage of their journey. As busy human beings, it can feel overwhelming to begin therapy, especially when competing demands make it difficult to prioritize our wellbeing. My goal is to collaborate with you during this process while helping you to feel empowered, heard, and respected. Please reach out if you're looking for support.
