I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. I have worked in college, hospital, and outpatient settings with kids, teens, adults, couples and parents. I have extensive experience with substance use and abuse patterns, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral struggles, relationship issues and narcissistic abuse, sports related stress, and major life transitions. Additionally, I look into each client's internal family system...in other words, the parts of yourself that have been affected by trauma and life struggles, feel lost, desire healing, and are ready for change. I believe that therapy is challenging, yet opens many doors to self-growth, self-discovery, and self-acceptance. I aim to create an environment where my clients can fully explore themselves in their past, current and future circumstances. Through collaboration with my clients, I help them steer on their journeys through life.
