About

We all have unique journeys, filled with triumphs, struggles, and setbacks. Therapy provides a valuable space to process and navigate these experiences. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, disability, Deafness/HOH/hearing loss challenges, grief, or anything in between, I use a person-centered approach to collaborate with you in creating a personalized plan for healing.

With over six years in the helping profession and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have enjoyed working with adolescents and adults. I offer counseling in both American Sign Language and spoken English.

Deciding to seek therapy is a significant step. I encourage you to give yourself the opportunity to be seen and understood. I look forward to potentially partnering with you on your journey.
