I work with individuals facing challenges with trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and long term, social, and transition-based anxiety. Additionally, I specialize in ADHD, OCD and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to enhance personal, relational, and professional satisfaction. My approach to counseling is evidence-based and client-centered. I hold the belief that every person is inherently good, lovable, capable, and resilient; thus, I draw upon the client's perception and wisdom to inform the use of interventions. I believe in the importance of collaboration throughout the therapeutic process. My education includes a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Utah University, and a M.A. in Counseling from Antioch University. I am a graduate of TLC’s Virtual Professional Training Institute for body focused repetitive behaviors. I am also L2 trained in Lifespan Integration.
