Hi! I'm Kevin. Thanks for checking out my page. I am a mindfulness-based therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and those battling the twists and turns of anxiety and depression. I think of therapy like gardening. Taming the overgrowth of ignored emotions, tending to the roots of your experiences, and pruning away what no longer serves you. I am here to support you as you hone your green thumb for personal growth. It takes work and sometimes is uncomfortable. But thankfully discomfort leads to growth. Together, we'll meet that discomfort in a different way to cultivate an inner landscape where you can flourish. I am often described as energetic, creative and caring, so you can expect a laid-back and non-judgmental atmosphere when we connect. We'll have heart-to-heart conversations that feel like chatting with a friend but with the added bonus of professional guidance that aligns with your needs, goals, pace and energy. In life we need someone to help us see what we already have within ourselves- the strength to change and the bravery to face the hard sh-t. “There is nothing more daring than showing up, putting ourselves out there, and letting ourselves be seen” (Brene Brown).
