My ideal client would be someone who wants to work on how their attachment style, dysfunctional family roles (potentially including codependency), and/or dealing with narcissistic abuse have contributed to their current struggles with anxiety. They would want to understand the difference between assertiveness and aggression, make strides in self-advocacy, and set healthy boundaries to improve their quality of life and interpersonal relationships. View 3 Photos I have taken several trainings in healthy romantic relationship dynamics, marriage meeting structure, assertive communication dynamics, domestic violence dynamics, and EMDR for trauma reprocessing. I also bring personal experience to the table, and I believe it is an asset to my ability to approach such matters with kindness and understanding. I believe that empowering ourselves to decide the conclusion of our story is of the utmost importance. By identifying who we are as individuals and how we join together to create a healthy structure, we can change and break the cycle of what has gone before.
