Hi! If you are looking for a therapist that works a little outside of the box then we should meet. I offer early morning appointments, online video sessions, outside Walk/Talk sessions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor wanting to help you to help yourself. I have two offices, one in Wickford and one on Block island. My focus is you and what works for you. These may include traditional talk therapy, walk/talk therapy ( a combination of traditional therapy and walking), pet therapy, meditation/mindfulness practice, or other type of support that meets your needs I'll help you address life challenges while simultaneously addressing the health of your body, mind, and spirit. My cash, credit, or check based rate ranges from 125-175$ I can supply you with paperwork you submit independently to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
