Umoja Behavioral Health is an Intensive Outpatient Provider in the State of New Mexico. We provide telehealth services except in extremely unique circumstances. Umoja Behavioral Health's (UBH) philosophy is rooted in addressing the needs of the whole person as part of Behavioral Health. Our practice is built on principles that acknowledge culture and spirituality. We acknowledge that for some, their wellness has been greatly impacted by oppression, and marginalization. Social justice is a foundational value for UBH. UBH encourages spiritual practices that are empowering and that have meaning for you. You DO NOT HAVE to DO yoga. NM Highlands Interns: A. Flores, L.
