Please note: I am unable to take new clients at this time. As an experienced trauma therapist, my areas of particular focus include sexual trauma, pregnancy/birth related trauma, and relational and familial trauma. As part of this work, I provide therapy for therapists and other helping professionals, offering support with burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and other challenges. I also work with many clients who have experienced religious trauma or who are in the midst of faith deconstruction after growing up in fundamentalist religious systems. As a neurodivergent clinician, I enjoy working with highly sensitive (HSP), autistic, and ADHD adults. I provide therapy to parents of neurodivergent children who are seeking a neurodiversity affirming (rather than behavioral) perspective. My approach is warm, honest, affirming, and relational. Interventions I use include parts/ego state work, narrative therapy, and EMDR. I practice from an attachment-based and intersectional-feminist orientation. I have significant training and experience in the areas of women’s mental health, complex trauma, neurodivergence, and perinatal mental health.
