Hello, My name is Kendall Ymalay, and I am an LCSW. I have been a mental health practitioner for over 15 years. I have worked with people who have suffered severe trauma (both physical and emotional). I’ve worked with families who are experiencing a lot of conflict, and have worked in both urban and rural areas. I know seeking counseling is a huge step, and I hope you allow me to join you on your journey. Initially, if it feels comfortable to the client, we start with broad goals. Together, we can identify steps that can be taken to achieve thesis goals as well as examine things that are preventing someone from making these goals a reality. I hope to create a safe, calming, and nurturing space that allows others to explore and grow.
