Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
My most ideal clients would be anyone looking to overcome depression, anxiety, or disappointments in life. I would love to work with individuals who are looking for ways to deal with transitions in life and use the necessary coping skills and self-help to overcome them. I'm opening to working with adolescents to adults in helping them get on the right track with their lives. As a therapist, I plan on serving as a collaborator to assist clients in discovering a life that will be beneficial to them in their future. The type of therapeutic modality I would offer my clients would be motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. I try to help the individual to explore their value and moral system in meeting their goals. I want to be able to empathize with my client's struggles and utilize active-listening skills to assist them in making the best decisions that will give them the best chances of meeting their goals.
