Life is hard but you don't have to do it alone! Let's explore why life is hard for you and see what we can do to make it better. Things like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress, and trauma make it really hard to be the best version of yourself. It changes the way you view yourself and the world around you and makes even the simplest things feel impossible. When you feel like you have lost yourself and don't know where to turn or what to do, that's where the work begins! Change can be possible if you are ready to open your heart and mind to new possibilities and face hard things. I like to start by getting to know you and get an understanding of the journey you have taken to end up on my couch. This helps me get a better understanding of what your individual needs are and how to best help you. We can work together to come up with a plan to help you reach your goals using different modalities and interventions. Life is hard but you don't have to do it alone! Whether you feel like you have hit the bottom or you are trying to prevent reaching it, I will be there alongside you as you work towards the version of yourself you want to be. You can expect that I will show up as the authentic version of myself and use humor to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
