Have you ever wondered, "If people knew who I really am, would they still love me?" These and other (painful) questions and doubts can be the beginning of amazing journeys of self-discovery. Deep inner work can be both difficult and rewarding. I do my best to bring to therapy an attitude of deep respect for my clients and the challenges that life brings. I believe I can help make the journeys of self-discovery more rewarding and a bit less rocky -- whether the time we work together be brief or more lengthy. I have 20 years of experience blending therapeutic approaches to help each client experience the greatest possible benefit from our work together. I believe I can offer everything from practical tips to deeper insight. I generally listen more than "fix," yet I am willing to offer opinions when invited to do so. I honor each client's authentic "journey." I find peace in nature, music, reading, travel, and the arts. I believe that I am on a journey of personal growth and authenticity, and I try to bring the attitude of kindness and compassion to my work with clients. I have convenient appointment times available on weekends, as well as days/evenings during the week.
