About

It’s my mission to create a space where you feel safe to be authentically you. I believe it’s important to not only explore our own unique stories but to also look at the systems and structures in our society which contribute to our individual and collective pain. Why? Because your mental health journey isn't just about you; it's also about creating change in a world that desperately needs more understanding and empathy. View 4 Photos

I specialize in working with complex PTSD and trauma and use modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and art therapy to help clients experience clarity and relief. I also have extensive experience providing therapeutic preparation and integration sessions for folks receiving ketamine therapy.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, creative, and compassionate, with a focus on decolonizing mental health. If you're ready for a therapeutic journey that creates ripples of change, I’m here and excited to support you. Book with me today by clicking my website, and let's start your path toward a more fulfilling life.
