About

Immediate openings! My style is warm and humorous. My practice focuses on supporting people who choose to not worry alone. I teach people how to build a more compassionate relationship with difficult emotions and ignite a new sense of meaning while living with anxiety, chronic illness, life/relationship transitions, or grief. Although I work with people of all ages, my clients are typically students, healthcare professionals or people with brain, violence-related injuries or neurological conditions.

I offer CBT as a treatment option however I come with a variety of approaches crafted to best fit your needs which may change over time. This includes psychodynamic, relational, ACT, and multicultural approaches. My clinical experience stems from working in a cognitive neurology clinic, hospitals, child welfare agencies, and international social work.

Too often we don't give ourselves the same grace we give others. I warmly invite you to connect with me- Let’s reclaim what is already there within you! Please email for availability. Currently have morning or mid-day availability Tuesday-Friday. Thank you!
