About

I typically collaborate with adolescents and young adults looking to feel understood and, in turn, better understand themselves. Clients I work with often have high emotional sensitivity and experience depression, anxiety, mood lability, grief, trauma, spirituality issues, and relational conflict. Together, we learn tools to increase self-validation, make behavioral changes, and reenvision life's experiences. Clients find they develop skills to cope with strong emotions, improve their emotional expression with others, and experience genuine, authentic connection.

I maintain a person-centered, trauma-informed approach within cognitive behavioral and acceptance based frameworks. Validating emotions and experiences, exploring patterns of behavior or thought that no longer serve you, and collaborating to identify a variety of unique solutions to move towards your goals most effectively, are likely to occur in session.

Looking for a therapist that is relatable, fits your needs, and is accepting new clients is tough! I strive to meet individuals in their hardships by providing a balance of acceptance and change in their lives in a non-judgmental, warm way. If you feel we could be a good fit, please reach out. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you!
