About

I have worked with a diverse group of clients to aid in managing ADHD, anxiety, transitions and adjustments (veterans, military spouses, aging, life stages), emotional regulation, and building healthy communication skills. I offer a more directive approach to therapy and help build trust and rapport within the therapeutic relationship. I work with adults to build coping skills, regulation skills, and to develop an understanding of themselves to make healthier choices moving forward. I understand that therapy can be intimidating and I aim to help ease that discomfort within the therapeutic space to ensure progress can be made.

Currently I am offering Telehealth services via secure Telehealth platform and am flexible with hours and scheduling. I offer a more directive approach in the therapeutic space once trust and rapport is built between myself and my client. I assist my clients in developing understanding of the past to make healthier choices in the future.
