About

It is not easy to ask for help, but in working with me you will find a safe, compassionate, and accepting space that fosters growth and personal development. For over 15 years now, I’ve had the honor, privilege, and opportunity to use my training, skills, and experience to try to make a positive difference in the lives of many people, from many different walks of life. By meeting people where they are, and not where they are expected to be, I empower my clients to lift themselves up. I help my clients turn difficulties into opportunities for personal growth and a more satisfying and rewarding life through promoting positive change. View 4 Photos

The focus of my work is on treating college students and adults who are managing concerns related to trauma, relationships, abuse, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and substance use. I have additional training and certification from the International Association of Trauma Professionals in the treatment of complex PTSD and offer EMDR therapy.

My philosophy is that every person is different. I tailor treatment for each individual situation. My process varies person to person and is always geared toward healing and increasing satisfaction and success in life. I provide a safe, supportive environment to begin your healing process and commend you for taking the first step toward your future wellness.
