About

I believe good psychotherapy has the power to transform one’s life. Therapy is a special and reverent space where we can attend to current and past challenges with compassion and curious inquiry. I believe the therapy relationship is the most important component of successful therapy. My therapy approach is relational and I seek to attune to clients strengths and inner wisdom. I utilize attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, depth, and parts work. I enjoy working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, perinatal/postpartum issues, parenting, eating disorders, addictions, life transitions and creativity.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 16 years. I hold an MA in Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and a BA in Psychology from Portland State. I am L1 TIST trained (currently in Level 2) via Janina Fisher. L2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy trained, certified in EMDR and have studied with Donald Kalsched PhD.

I feel honored to hold space for my clients and witness whatever emerges as we explore their life, hopes and dreams.
