I offer coaching and psychotherapy to support those who wish to connect with and express their most authentic Self, in order to live a life aligned with the soul's purpose. I help you to move beyond fear, doubt and shame inflicted by culture and life experience, so that you may love yourself more fully and offer your gifts freely to the world. To support you in this deep healing process, we may incorporate various somatic and spiritual practices into our work together, based on your unique needs and values. Whether you are seeking counseling with a loved one(s) or parenting support, I will compassionately guide you back to your own feelings and needs so that you may create greater wholeness in your connections. My background and education as a social worker and therapist have prepared me for many things, yet I believe it is my own healing journey—my commitment to dying and being reborn again and again—that truly qualifies me to walk this spiritual path with others.
