About

I provide values-focused, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, including adolescents seeking to improve their relationships, expand possibilities, and reassert agency over their lives. My approach is friendly and collaborative. I integrate principles of harm reduction, mindfulness, and somatic experiments based on research. In 2021, I graduated from Adams State University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have been working in a small private practice in Durango, Co. for the last 3 years. In 2023.

In therapy and my personal life, I value creativity, interdependence, humor, and am committed to working for equity and dignity for all people. I believe therapy is an investment in a relationship, and I strive to create an authentic, approachable space that allows for you to be open and honest.

My particular areas of interest include, addiction, depression, anxiety, career & life transitions, and trauma work. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and creative professionals.
